Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns Policy (7-Day Window)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Retaining all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Mandatory Opening Video

To process any claim for a return or exchange, a clear opening video of the package is mandatory. The video must:

  • Start before you open the package.

  • Clearly show the package label and seal.

  • Show the damage or issue clearly, with no cuts or edits.

  • Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number and the mandatory opening video.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchanges & Shipping

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size/product was delivered.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
